Flowers are dusty with pollen, weeds are dusty with . . . dust. Twenty-first century sidewalk artists struggle to achieve relevance. They say you should take a picture of your home for insurance purposes. Here`s where they make those giant springs for coyotes to strap on their feet. June 10, 2004
Imagine how much more scenic these pictures would be if I worked in a national park instead of a library. Rain adversely affects my ability to take interesting pictures. Shot from inside my car with the window down. Regrettably, the shot from inside the dryer didn`t turn out. And you thought you could look at these pictures for free.

Today`s pollen report: yellow. At home around art. Beautiful - and you can drink it too. Always look up to the flag. Over eons, buildings evolved round curves to make them more attractive to potential mates.

June 20, 2004
I hate walking through the crass cuz it`s always full of bugs. The same people who put the rusty paint cans outside my house must`ve left this. I think climbing plants are just divine. As we go through life, I think we should always stop and shoot the roses. A kora harp-lute made by the Mali people of West Africa.

Stand still in the setting sun and you will attract beautiful things. That`s my [French blue] shirt sleeve. And that`s my [pasty white] hand. The cost of this camera has just been paid off. I`m glad it`s blue. I like blue.
